4. Orders and Payments
Orders must be placed directly on our official website **www.arvxhelmet.com**. Payments are processed securely via **Stripe** using credit or debit cards. Orders are considered final and confirmed once payment is successfully completed.
5. Shipping
Orders are fulfilled by our logistics partners. Estimated delivery time is between **10 to 20 business days**, depending on the destination. A tracking number is provided once the order has been shipped. ARV-X Helmets is not liable for any unexpected delays caused by logistics providers or customs.

Returns
We accept returns of new, unused helmets within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the helmet must be in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original helmet for a refund and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items
